Pride Night At Madison Square Garden!

As a diehard Spurs and basketball fan, it's been a fun personal goal of mine to attend away Spurs games at iconic arenas against other teams I enjoy watching and following too. Bonus points if it aligns with traveling for work.

In 2022, the timing aligned for us to attend a game at Madison Square Garden in NYC, and it just so happened to be their Pride Night.

Our seats were next to one of the sweetest couples we've ever met, who were also Spurs fans. The two men were retired veterans in their 70s who shared stories of their time stationed in SAT and across the globe. As many do at sports games, we quickly built a rapport by cheering on our team and even had friendly banter with other fans around us. It was a diverse and beautiful representation of sports camaraderie.
