Mi Tierra Café y Panderia in Historic Market Square - San Antonio, Texas

We recently had the opportunity to shoot a project at the vibrant Historic Market Square in San Antonio, and decided to make the most of it with a lunch stop at Mi Tierra Café y Panderia which is a beloved Tex-Mex restaurant that's been serving the community for over 80 years.

Although we've enjoyed their delicious baked good many times over the years, this was our first time dining in together and it was a great experience.

From the moment we stepped inside, we were surrounded by festive décor and the unmistakable charm of a place steeped in history. The atmosphere was buzzing, the wait staff was warm and welcoming, and the service was quick and efficient despite how busy they were.

You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu, but we kicked things off with their classic chips and salsa paired with a bowl of queso, followed by chicken fajitas that really hit the spot.
