Sending Love To Everyone Who Is Tired

Life is a lot, and sometimes the answer to it all is to just be still and silent for a while. Give yourself that space and grace. Being tired is not a personal failure, it is a natural response to dealing with all that life throws at us. 

Whether it's decision fatigue, information overload, family dynamics, anxiety, career or professional challenges, social burnout, financial struggles, physical or mental drains, or quite literally anything else that may be on your unique mental list of things, please take a moment to breathe and recharge.  There is a push and pull to all things but engaging in one more than the other causes those imbalances in our lives. So if you pride yourself on getting things done and blazing those trails but are at a loss as to why you feel overburdened, that might be the reason why.

Give yourself that break. You deserve it. We aren't designed to always be "on" all the time and just because things are made to feel drastic and important, doesn't mean it constantly needs the most from you. You are allowed to take a moment for yourself every once in a while. Remember to refill your cup before pouring out to others, and be mindful of yourself. So much energy goes towards other things in life and you may even enjoy it to an extent, but nothing and nobody is entitled to everything that you are except for you.

Give yourself that grace that you may take that space you so rightfully deserve, and don't, for a second, feel guilty about it either. That space is for you and you alone, so go ahead and fill it. And if you find it hard to do that, don't worry, life's challenges won't be ready for a rested and mindful you. It'll be just a moment, but you'll be back to getting those things done and blazing those trails again soon.
